Do you accept walk in appointments?
I do not accept walk in appointments, you are welcome to send me a text or a call and I will be happy to book you in!
Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required. This fee secures your date and time in my calendar. The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of the service. If you choose to cancel your booking at any time, the 50% booking fee will not be refunded. This fee serves as a 'liquidation of damages' to cover lost wages, administrative costs and the inability to rebook the same priced procedure on any sort of notice.
(If I am able to re-book your slot with a procedure of equivalent value, I will refund your fee minus a small £50 administrative charge. However if the slot remains empty or is filled with a lower value service, the fee will be retained, to cover the shortfall in business earnings)
Rescheduling is permitted up to 72 hours before the appointment otherwise the booking fee is forfeited.
