Cancellation Policy

A non refundable booking fee of 50% will be taken at the time of booking, your fee will then be taken off your treatment cost, this will secure your appointment You're able to amend your treatment before 48 hours of your appointment, this means you can change the time or date ​If you cancel before 72 hours you can rebook your preferred date where a new deposit will be required and the original deposit will be refunded - must be same price or above ​If after 72 hours you decide to cancel or simply do not show up you will lose your booking fee
